Control
We start our quality control program with excellent machinery
that is properly maintained and kept to factory specifications. Our presses
are computer controlled to assure accurate material blending, shot size
and cycle times.
We carefully monitor every step of the production process with interval
inspections that can include dimensional checks, color match standards
and mold monitoring. Our quality inspection program is tailored to our
customers' exact requirements.
